Can I start with the free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 100 conversations per month and 2 agent seats — more than enough to test ChatFlow with real visitors.
What happens when I hit my conversation limit?
On the Starter plan, new conversations are paused until the next billing cycle. On Pro, you continue chatting and pay $0.01 per extra conversation above your base. Elite has no limits.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Elite?
Yes — Pro and Elite both include a 30-day free trial. You can explore all features without being charged.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months and saves you 20% compared to monthly. Pro annual is $23/mo ($276/yr), Elite annual is $63/mo ($756/yr).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also accept invoicing and bank transfers.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We are GDPR compliant, and all EU customer data stays in EU data centres. We publish a 99.9% uptime SLA.
